From Inside Costa Rica comes word that Amnet tops the list of customer complaints.
For customers of Amnet’s internet service the following will not be much of a surprise, nor a relief, in knowing that the cable company is the one with the most complaints against it filed with the Superintendencia de Telecomunicaciones (Sutel).
Connection speeds lower than that contracted and charged for, service outages or problems with the contracts, are part of the complaints received by the Sutel against cable companies and internet providers.
